Troubleshooting.-

Timeout from parallel interface.

Go to main screen and set Reinit ROELEC . The paramateres have been initialed, so you should check the numbers of repetitions and exposures time.

If the problem still remains then, quit the instrument gui, and type limpia in the xterm. After that, rebbot epics and restart the GUI.

Telescope does not respond.

Check hydraulic and main drivers are on.

Telescope is moving.

This message appears  sometimes when you try to send coordinates from the OCASS telescope gui. Move the telescope with the paddle and try again.

Serial line is busy.

This happens when you set an invalid option in the system setup gui. Check the parameters in this gui.

Negative counts on the DISPLAY.

This is due to saturation. Decrease the integration time. It could be a fail in the electronic. Do a Reinit Roelec in the file menu.

No counts on the display or a quadrant.

Maybe some of the pre-amplifiers are damaged. You should change the upper electronic.

All the quadrants seem to be mixed ones each others.

Water condensation.

If you see on the display an image like this, you have water condensation on the entrace window above the chip. Check that there is nitrogen blowing on the entrance window.
