Image storage
All the recorded images are stored for a maximum period of 9 days. The recorded images can only be accessed with express request by Calar Alto Director.
Information
There exist posters with informative pictograms and duly completed in those locations where surveillance cameras are working.
Labor control
There are no surveillance cameras in places intended for staff rest.
In respect to the real time images, the outside cameras that do not allow recognition of people as their location is far away can be freely accessed through the web. Internal cameras showing closer images that allow personal recognition have no external access. They only can be accessed within Calar Alto network for allowing the observer staff to control what is happening at the different camera locations.
The records can only be viewed with a previous express request from Calar Alto Director.
When any record is going to be used, always under Director’s request, with labor control purpose as stated on the article 20.3 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, the involved worked will be informed concerning this actuation and its purpose.
Image access right
In order to comply with the right of interested parties for accessing the images, a recent photograph, the National Identity Document and the detail of the date, time and total length of the recording to be accessed will be requested. Under no circumstances will the third party be given direct access to the images of the cameras if other people can be recognized in said images. If visualization of the images requested by other people cannot be made, the interested party will be provided with a document in which the existence of images of the interested party is confirmed or denied.
